At Fireplace Distributor, we are committed to offering you the best prices online. If you find a lower price for the exact same product (including brand, model, and specifications) from an eligible competitor, we will beat their price by $50 for products priced over $2,000.

To ensure a smooth experience, all price match requests must be submitted and verified prior to purchase.

How to Request a Price Match

To initiate a price match, please contact us before placing your order:

Provide the following details for verification:

  1. A screenshot, direct link, or other verifiable proof of the lower price.
  2. Confirmation that the lower price meets all the eligibility conditions outlined below.

Price Match Conditions

To qualify for the Price Match Policy, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Eligible Competitors

    • The lower price must come from an Authorized Online Dealer of the brand.
    • In-person quotes, physical retail stores, or unauthorized resellers do not qualify.

  2. Current and Public Pricing

    • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and current at the time of the request.
    • Price matches cannot be applied to expired, promotional, or outdated prices.

  3. Identical Product

    • The product must be the exact same brand, model, and specifications as listed on our website.

  4. Online-Only Pricing

    • The competitor’s price must come from an online store. Auction sites, discounters, liquidation platforms, or membership-only retailers do not qualify (e.g., eBay, Overstock, Amazon third-party sellers).

  5. Pre-Purchase Requirement

    • Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase. Post-purchase requests will not be accepted.

  6. No Additional Discounts

    • Once we beat the price, no additional coupons, discounts, or offers may be applied.

Exclusions to the Price Match Policy

  • Promotional Pricing: Prices from sales events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday promotions, clearance sales, and limited-time offers, are excluded.
  • Shipping and Sales Tax: Price matches do not include sales tax for purchases within Alabama. Shipping costs will be factored into the competitor’s price for comparison.
  • Post-Purchase Requests: Requests made after an order is placed are not guaranteed due to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) restrictions, supplier agreements, or pricing margins.
  • Custom or Special Orders: Custom products or orders are not eligible for price matching.
  • Brand-Specific Restrictions: Certain manufacturers or brands may prohibit price matching. Contact our customer service team to confirm eligibility.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • The competitor’s lower price must include the total cost, including shipping, fees, and taxes.
  • Price match verification is subject to Fireplace Distributor’s discretion . We reserve the right to decline requests that violate supplier agreements, MAP policies, or result in net losses.
  • Price matches apply to individual purchases and cannot be combined with bulk pricing or other offers.
  • Fireplace Distributor reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
