Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy does not apply to all purchases on our catalog. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how to initiate the return. The buyer will pay all return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Cancellations
We have the best cancellation policy online - cancel before the items ship for a full refund (exceptions apply - this does not apply to custom orders) You must cancel before the item ships from the warehouse if you want to cancel your order and get a refund. Once the item ships from the warehouse, you will not be eligible for this policy.
Warranty
Most of the items on our catalog have warranty periods, but it varies from brand to brand and product to product. In most cases, you must submit your warranty within 30 days for it to apply. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Price Match
Fireplace Distributor wants to offer you the best prices online.
If you find a lower price of the same product, we will beat their price by $50 (because every dollar counts right) for products over $2000 (this does not apply to all products in the store).
For the policy to apply, please send us a screenshot, link, or any other evidence of the product being priced lower than ours before making the purchase.
Limitations to the Price Match Policy:
- The price must come from an online store (it cannot have a physical location)
- The price cannot be from an auction or discounter website (ex: eBay)
- You cannot apply discounts when we beat a price
- The price has to come from an Authorized Dealer of the brand
- Black Friday and other promotions prices do not apply
- You must submit the price match before purchasing
- The price match does not include sales tax if you're purchasing from Alabama
- We cannot guarantee price match submissions after purchasing the order because of MAP violations, different margins, etc. In some cases, price match would put us at a loss which is why we need to know before submitting the order to our supplier
- Always check with our customer service team if you have any questions; some brands make it impossible to offer this policy
- This does not include shipping cost for the few brands that we have to charge shipping cost
- If we have miss-listed a product’s price we are not obligated to honor that price. We have over 2,500+ products - it is very difficult to keep an accurate price on all items with always changing prices, and keyboard mistakes.

Most products and brands at Fireplace Distributor qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). However, certain products, brands, or large, heavy, or specialty items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their size, weight, or other factors. Where We Ship
Fireplace Distributor ships to the lower 48 states (contiguous United States) for free on most products.
If you are located outside the contiguous United States (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations), shipping availability and costs will vary. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional shipping charge, which must be agreed upon in writing before finalizing the purchase.
Shipping Times
We strive to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as supply chain delays, weather, or carrier logistics, can affect delivery times.
Order Processing:
Upon placing your order, we will verify product availability with the supplier. (Note: This does not apply to custom orders.)
If the product is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you with an estimated arrival time. You may choose to proceed with the order or request a cancellation and full refund.
Stock Availability:
If the product is in stock, most orders (excluding custom orders) will ship within 2-5 business days.
Tracking Information:

Shipping Information

Fireplace Distributor relies on third-party suppliers and logistics providers, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to us. - If a supplier informs us that your order will ship as one complete package but later splits the shipment into multiple deliveries, this is outside of our control.
- Similarly, if the delivery timeframe provided to us changes unexpectedly, we will inform you immediately and work to resolve the issue where possible.

Service Center Information
For heavy or oversized products, deliveries are often managed through third-party service centers. You may be required to coordinate a delivery appointment directly with the service center to receive your product.

Third-Party Service Centers:

Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason other than clear and visible damage noted at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, restocking fees, or return expenses as determined by our suppliers.
